WS2016 DISM failed "could not find source files" 82 manifest corruptions, CBS Catalogs Missing

Hello there,

I'm having an issue wiht a 2016 server, SFC and DISM failes, tried to use a WinSxS folder from another WS16 healthy machine, with the same build, WS16 ISO, but it keeps failing "could not find source files".

CBS logs and Component scanner output attached.

Could you please help?
