Still no Windows store

Hi,
Even though the recent W10 Update has restored Cortana on my Laptop, windows store (which the update was supposed to fix) still does not work: the screen "opens" as though something is about to hapen, then dissappears. Has anyone in the same position found a work arond? On my other two PCs Store works fine.

Have you tried a new user profile? I had some strange issues with two of my four upgrades resulting in a corrupted user profile, which of course was the main user I logged into on both machines. See if a new user profile can access the store. If so, read through the following for steps to fix your corrupted user profile (works for all recent versions of Windows):

I created another user account and found that the Store App worked perfectly. Furthermore when I switched back to my own User Account the Store App also works perfectly in that!
In addition my Calender app, which had been a bit "flakey" now also works correctly.
