REMINDER: As is normal with builds early in the development cycle, builds may contain bugs that might be painful for some. If this makes you uncomfortable, you may want to consider switching to the Slow ring. Slow ring builds will continue to be higher quality.

From Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18277 - Windows Experience BlogWindows Experience Blog:

UPDATE 11/13: We have released Cumulative Update Build 18277.1006 (KB4470200) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. This Cumulative Update contains the following fixes/changes:

  • We’re putting an update block for this build in place for a small number of PCs that use Nuvoton (NTC) TPM chips with a specific firmware version (1.3.0.1) due to a bug causing issues with Windows Hello face/biometric/pin login not working.
  • We’ve fixed a media display bug that was causing unexpected display rendering for some users.

Windows Insider Preview Build 18290 (19H1) released to Fast Ring: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18290 - Windows Experience BlogWindows Experience Blog.

Note the information in the blog post about builds expiring:

As pre-release software, Insider Preview builds have a built-in expiration date that we call a “timebomb”. This has been included ever since the first Windows 10 Insider Preview build and helps ensure Insiders stay up to date with the latest features and quality updates. Once a build expires, Insiders will be provided a warning that the build has expired and will get that warning once a day. In addition to that, Insiders will also see User Access Control (UAC) warnings as well. Insiders in both the Fast and Slow rings need to make sure they are running the latest builds offered to those rings. Insiders in the Fast ring need to make sure they take the update to 19H1 Build 18290 (today’s flight) in order to avoid hitting the timebomb set to Dec. 14th . Additionally, Insiders who used ISO for Build 18272 also need to take the Build 18290 flight to avoid hitting the timebomb. We will be removing these ISOs from the download page shortly. Insiders in the Slow ring running older builds need to update to Build 17763 (the final build for the October 2018 Update) to avoid hitting the timebomb in older RS5 builds. Insiders can check their flight settings and verify they have the latest builds by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program.

Windows Insider Preview Build 18305 (19H1) Released to Fast Ring:Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18305 | Windows Experience Blog.

Note: This will be the last major WIP build of 2018, although a cumulative update may be released in the coming days.

A major addition is the introduction of Windows Sandbox. See the referenced blog post for information about that, known issues, changes to the Protection history experience in Windows Security as well as Tamper Protection for Windows Defender.

Windows Insider Preview Build 18312 (19H1) released to Fast Ring: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18312 | Windows Experience Blog.

The build includes a new UI (User Interface) for Reset this PC as part of Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. The new UI provides a more consistent experience across devices with different configurations and requires fewer clicks to complete.

Update from Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18312 | Windows Experience Blog:

UPDATE 1/15: We are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18312.1007 (KB4487181) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring with the following fixes:

  • We fixed an issue resulting in File Explorer unexpectedly having a lock on USBs when trying to safely eject them.
  • We fixed an issue resulting in frequent bugchecks (GSODs) in the last two flights, citing an error with bindflt.sys.
  • We fixed an issue where a password change can result in the next unlock hanging for AD users.

Note that the rollout of the update is being staggered.
