System File Checker, Corrupt File Help

so i have this game that i love to play and unfortunately while playing it the whole computer freezes within 5 mins of the game running i contacted the maker and we finally narrowed it down to a corrupt dll windows file they told me to run the scf / scannow function in an administrator command prompt i did and i have run it several time ans sure enough it keeps saying windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them so as i had seen with someone else in the forum here is my cbs log folder and i9m hoping someone out there can help me figure out how to fix whatever it is that is wrong with this simply without me having to erase and redownload all of my programs and stuff after i wipe and reinstall windows cause i really don't wanna go through that whole wiping and redoing windows process. thanks

ok so i deleted my old cbs thing which was massive and i have run check disk and it repaired some stuff and i keep getting errors with the sfc scan now in the "docked_blue_windy.png" of Microsoft-Windows-Gadgets-Weather, Version or the msoe.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-Mail-Core-DLL, Version = 6.1.7601.17514, which is basically what they are saying the issue is with why my civ 5 game freezes the whole computer its a dll file error but i just for the life of me cant figure out why the mail core or that gadget would effect game play like that but either way any help on how to repair them would be amazingly appriciated
