Have run:

I have a couple of very large CbsPersist_* files so the upload of the zip of the whole CBS folder did not work.
Here are the separate pieces of those that would up load:

Update works - so primary problem(s) eliminated - thank you!

However, there is a secondary problem that may be just a failure of my understanding of SFC / DISM relationship on my part.
Here is the current situation:
I run SFC /scannow - it fails.
I tun DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - it succeeds.
I run SFC /scannow - it fails again.
I was under the impression that running DISM with the options specied should have cleaned up the problems and SFC should run clean subsequently or at least be able to repair the problems it finds now that there is a repaired/restored image.
This occurs even from a full restart.

Attached is the CBS.log (CBS.txt - 668K) after the SFC failed run as well as CBS.log (677K) and dism.log after the successful DISM run.

The final corruptions you have are related to telemetry. Until these are fixed it will always report corruption. Microsoft is aware of this and is working on a resolution. There is nothing we can do to resolve permanently until the fix comes out from Microsoft but it doesn't impact the operation of your machine. More info on this follows.

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:

telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
utc.app.json

The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update.
