All Windows Update/Servicing issues have been resolved on your machine. Please let me know if you are still having issues. If you are I can direct you with next steps.
Unfortunately the same problems are still occurring that were originally reported. For example, Windows Update takes a very long time to come up and Network and Sharing Center simply hangs for a very long time and after several minutes yields simply in the window "Unknown"; "Server execution failed". Still having connectivity problems with applications that use the Internet Options settings (ie, not Firefox). It therefore appears as though the same issue is still at play here.
No problem. The first step was eliminating any potential Windows Update/Servicing issue. At this point the Windows 8 forum would be the best place to continue as the experts there have much more knowledge on software/hardware than many of us assisting with Windows Update issues.
Post an inquiry in the forum and you can reference this thread and let them know you were given the all clear so they don't go down that road.
