Getting error code C0000374 while upgrading to windows 10

Hi,

I'm getting C0000374 code error while installing step of windows. I'm upgrading from windows 7 SP1 to windows 8.

While installing it will promt new window where will have license agreement after accepting it it will continue to preparing step and will close suddenly with message that it has been stoped working.
