And from iso file installation, impossible to migrate from 8.1 Pro (with Media Center) to 10 Pro (i tried from Windows Update and from ISO file with the same result), at 15% (in the circle) and reboot with that error (translate from french version):

The installation failed in the SAFE-OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.”

No corruptions have been detected on this computer. Whilst this is a good thing,
be aware that not all types of corruption can be detected by this tool.
Therefore, if you are currently experiencing continued problems with your
computer it is likely that you are going to need the assistance of a human
analyst in order to find and fix them.

If your problems persist, and you are currently being instructed by a helper,
you should let them know about this development by sending them the logfile
which will soon be generated and opened so that they can perform a manual fix.

If you are not currently being instructed by a helper but still need assistance,
you should seek free advice from your favourite forum or sysnative.com. Create a
new thread and provide this logfile in the first post of that thread along with
a complete description of the problems you were experiencing which led you to
run this tool.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. It appears your component hive may be corrupt.

Code:
2015-08-16 16:10:33, Error CBS Failed to perform operation. [HRESULT = 0x800703f1 - ERROR_BADDB]

Please follow the instructions below and we'll take a look.

Retrieve Components Hive
1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to SendSpace and just provide the link here.

As suspected it was corrupted but I believe I was able to repair it. Please do the following and let me know once complete before we continue.

Step#1 - Replace Manually
1. Download COMPONENTS2.ZIP and save to your desktop.
2. Right-click on it and select Extract all.... Make sure the "Show extracted files when complete" is checked and click Extract.
3. Now we have the COMPONENTS file that we will be using to replace your current one.
4. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config
5. Right-click on the current COMPONENTS file and select rename. Rename it to COMPONENTS.bad2.
Note: If you get an error that the file is in use, reboot your computer and then try again.
6. Take the file from the Components2 folder on your desktop and paste it into C:\Windows\System32\config

That's right for COMPONENTS.
Bravo ! :thumbsup2:

sfc /scannow results are in joined zip file. Some files are not repaired automatically. Can you help me ?

and sfcfix results :

Merci beaucoup ! :thumbsup2:

Well, I was able to install all updates except 2 on error 8007371B :

What should I do ?

Thank you.

I think you are ready for the Windows 10 upgrade. Please do the following.
1. Remove any USB non essential devices from your machine.
2. Perform a Clean Boot of your machine.
3. Use the Windows 10 Media Creation tool and attempt the install of Windows 10.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello,

Thank you, Windows 10 Pro is installed after 1 hour and 40 minutes but not activated ! It say my key is bad so i will contact Microsoft.

And some errors on updates :

  • Mise à jour des définitions pour Windows Defender – KB2267602 (Définition 1.205.203.0) - Erreur 0x80070643
  • Mise à jour pour Windows 10 pour ordinateurs à processeur x64 (KB3074678) - Erreur 0x80242fff
  • Mise à jour pour Windows 10 pour ordinateurs à processeur x64 (KB3081441) - Erreur 0x80242fff

Once you get your machine activated, come back here and we'll ensure that all updates install successfully. Was your Windows 8.1 a retail version that you purchased or did it come pre-installed on the computer when you bought it? If it came pre-installed on the machine you should not have to put in any key. Just curious.

My Windows 8.1 was an upgrade version of my old XP :) And i had some mistakes when i upgrade 8.1 Pro with "Media Center key" and Microsoft renewed at this time (2014-07) a new key for me ... I have called Microsoft a few minutes ago and they will email me a new product key for my Windows 10 Pro in the journey. I wait ...

See you soon.
