[SOLVED] anybody could help me with to fix a corrupted file? "spwizimg.dll"

I am facing a problem with corrupted file and already tried all what I know to solve the problem but nothing worked, Do any of you could give me a hand?
first I would like to apologize for bad English since I don't speak the language but I understand it and right now I'm using google translator to explain the question.

I was having a problem with windows update, it said that the service had not started and I have to restart the computer even though the service started and was running. After trying several approaches I ended by using a restore point which turned out to fix the update problem.
while trying to solve the problem I ran the sfc / scannow and found several corrupted files, were 3 files: background.bmp, I don't remember the localization and spwizimg.dll in two different locations.
I followed the recommendations used to solve the problem of this other person: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...orrupt-files-but-unable-fix-some-of-them.html and I managed to solve two of the problems, the background.bmp filehas been corrected and after using the sffix.exe and sffix.zip one of the spwizimg.dll was also corrected, leaving this last one that I can not fix. i will post the log and informations of my system and I'll be very grateful if anybody who knows how to solve can help .

System:
windows 7 64bits 8g ram, 1t HD.

I come post the last results and it seems that everything is fixed and fine now. I ran the sfc /scannow twice and it no longer shows any error.
