Damn it worked perfectly for my case. My windows explorer has been spiking CPU usage randomly up to 70% on a core i5 4670. Unless I restart the computer, it will continue to use up the cpu resources, even if I restart the process. I used sfc/scannow and found that opencl.dll was corrupted, fixed it asap using this method. Hope the explorer.exe never goes crazy again :)
