[Win7HomePremium] Can't install SP1 while recurring KB3004469, KB2977759 updates

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire laptop with preinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium. My main problem is that I cannot install Service Pack 1, which is a requirement for some programs I need.

My laptop couldn't run Windows Update for a long time, but I didn't really pay attention to that, as otherwise it worked properly. Then I wanted to install a new program but couldn't as it required Service Pack 1 or newer version. I started to search the web for any solution.
I managed to correct the Windows Update problem by recreating the registry subkey Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Version as proposed here:

Some new updates were installed, but then two recurring updates appeared: KB3004469 and KB2977759. Windows Update says each time that these two were successfully installed, but then they reappeare again the next time I look for new updates.
As Service Pack 1 was not offered in Windows Update, I dowloaded it manually from the webpage of Microsoft. When I tried to install, it gave me the error message: "Service Pack 1 setup can't identify the version of Windows on this computer." I tried to solve this issue in many ways (e.g. tried all the suggested steps to take before trying to install SP1 as listed here: Steps to take before installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1), but without any success. I didn't find solutions in any Forum either, and I also ran into problems when I was considering to do a repair install (which I hoped to be able to avoid), so now I'm stuck.

There are some additional symptoms/results which might be informative:
1. I have an empty windows feature list
2. When I run the Windows System Update Readiness tool, I have some problems with Avast files and the following registry error:
CBS Registry Error 0x00000002 Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\PackageDetect Failed to open store key
Previously, before recreating the registry subkey, I also had a similar error for Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Packages\, but not any more.
3. When I run the Windows Update troubleshooter it gives an error code 0x80070005
4. sfc /scannow doesn't find any problem.
5. I also checked for malware using Microsoft Safety Scanner, nothing found (I had Norton Antivirus before, now Avast Free version)
6. I've never used registry cleaners.
7. I attached CBS.zip.
8. I also ran SFCFix finding corruptions which could not be fixed automatically. Here is the log:

Are you able to browse the registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\PackageDetect ?

Hi zcomputerwiz,

unfortunately not. I only have ApplicabilityEvaluationCache, Packages and Version under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing.
 
Ah. At this point I would recommend a repair install / in place upgrade.

Do you have Windows 7 Home Premium RTM installation media?
 
Thank you for your advice. The problem is that I have a pre-installed Windows 7 on my computer and I have no CD to use for a repair install. I tried to download the ISO file from the Windows webpage, but it refused to provide an ISO for my registry key, saying that it has pre-installed Windows. Could you help me in this?
