My Windows update doesn't update anymore. Everything worked fine until a while ago.

I changed to Windows Insider Slow, because I thougt I might get the updates then, but still nothing...

I did the fixes recommended by Microsoft (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/957310) but neither solve the issue. If I run the Windows Update troubleshooter it tells me that it fixed "Service registration is missing or corrupt" but the updates still don't work and if I run it again after a reboot it says the same thing again. Clicking on view detailed info there tells me "Problem with BITS service: The requested service has already been started."

If I run dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth, I get Error 1726, cannot execute RPC, even though RPC is active in services.mcs.

I also ran SFCFix, but it doesn't give me a usefull log (see attached file).

Ok, when I do the first command, I'm getting:
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.14393.0

Image Version: 10.0.14393.0

Error: 1910

The object exporter specified was not found.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
Here's the dism log: View attachment 25102

I already did an upgrade with the MediaCreationTool, but I'm getting The setup is not executed correctly. Restart your pc and retry (freely translated).

sfc /scannow gives me this:
Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.
