[WinSBS2011] Cannot install WinServer2008R2SP1

Cannot install Windows 2008 R2 SP1 on SBS 2011 server. Installs within the GUI and after reboot fails and rolls back. Error is BC9.
Have tried resetting Windows update, running sfc (no errors found)

Also tried downloading and installing the update manually.

It indicates that there was a failure updating the boot files with bfsvc, and that a rollback will be initiated.
 
Since that error message is rather old, please try the installation again using the offline SP1 installer.

If the installation rolls back, zip and upload C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
