SFC is not working + dism restorehealth/scanhealth is not working too

Hello, I'm not good at fixing problems, first I got Windows Update Problem, I tried looking for a solution and find SFC /scannow, I typed it in cmd (runs as admin) and it said;"Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

so I tried looking for a solution for this too and find dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, when I typed it in cmd (runs as admin) it said;

now I'm stuck and I can't do anything, please help me.

The thread looks super complicated. I'm not good at this stuff and I'm worried about damaging my computer and doing something wrong. I'm so sorry, Is there any other way please?

You could try this instead:

Windows includes built-in features to help you identify and diagnose problems with memory. If you suspect a computer has a memory problem that isn’t being automatically detected, you can run the Windows Memory Diagnostics utility by completing the following steps:

Click Start, type mdsched.exe in the Search box, and then press Enter.
Choose whether to restart the computer and run the tool immediately or schedule the tool to run at the next restart.
Windows Memory Diagnostics runs automatically after the computer restarts and performs a standard memory test automatically. If you want to perform fewer or more tests, press F1, use the Up and Down arrow keys to set the Test Mix as Basic, Standard, or Extended, and then press F10 to apply the desired settings and resume testing.
When testing is completed, the computer restarts automatically. You’ll see the test results when you log on.

Ok, thanks, I will try this, I don't need to select "Basic, Standard, or Extended" right? Just restart the computer and let the mdsched.exe work until computer opens, and a question, how long it takes to finish [FONT=arial, sans-serif]approximately[/FONT]

Yes, that is correct :)

I'm not sure - runtime will vary depending upon the amount of RAM and your processor.

That is what I had suspected. The memory problem will have to be remedied - do you have a tech savvy friend who could help you diagnose which memory stick needs replacing and order a replacement?
If not, you may need to bring it to a PC repair shop.

I can bring the computer to its own PC Repair Shop but since my and my country language is not English, I need a more specific name for what do they need to replace and order a replacement. I mean something more specific for me to translate it. Could it be RAM? Because I think I have 2 8GB Ram total of 16GB

Yes, it is RAM. One of the sticks is faulty or just needs to be reseated in it's slot on the motherboard.

You could show them your photos that you posted with the memory test results, any good shop should know what to do :)
