The meltdown/specture update failed to install with error 0x80073701
As per forum posting rule,
1) sfc /scannow CBS.log result
Download CBS sfc scannow.log from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way
Yes, Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
2) Then I ran sfcfix as recommended.

Weird, sfcfix didn't find anything wrong while sfc /scannow did?
3) Just to be sure, I ran Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64, SURT
