This is my last step before giving up and doing a format/reinstall

Error 8024200D. Browsing through my update history, this appears to exclusively affect the "security monthly quality rollup" patches (4467107, 4471318 etc)

Gone through SFC, SURT/DISM, SFCFix, no dice

Attached CBS here

Any additional info that I might have overlooked, ask away and I'll provide it. Cheers fellas

I'll start uploading the entire zipped logs folder since it seems like the logs\CBS folder has been updated during my attempts at this, and shall link it when it's done - just figured I'd get this reply done ASAP in the meantime

Please do following:

FRST File Search
1. Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

2. Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
3
. Copy and paste advapi32.dll.mui into the Search box and click the Search Files button.
4. When the scan is complete, a message will display that 'Search.txt' is saved in the same folder FRST was started from. Notepad will open this file also. Close Notepad and attach the file 'Search.txt' to your next reply.

Boot your computer into a Clean Boot state following these instructions: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
Check Windows Update again and report the result.
If it fails, run sfc /scannow again and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

Yes, 4471318; As soon as it becomes the "Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems" for the month of January, it'll be that one that won't install

Tried installing (with clean boot) via Windows Update and with a self-installer .msu, neither or which worked, both of which returned the same error

If you suspect I've overlooked something (or skipped a step) then hit me up with whatever it might be and I'm happy to give it a go
