I seem to have caught a virus or malware but cant uninstall or find it as a matter of fact. I've tried everything from malwarebyte to bitdefender and ever Kaspersky. They all cant find it. Windows update doesn't work because its blocked by virus. Cant ping Microsoft.com. Computer wont allow me to fully install a full version of Norton or Kaspersky. Windows Defender also cant find it. :banghead:
