Hello, I have this problem and SUSPECT (but I might be wrong) it to be the cause of a number of annoying "kernel mode trap" blue screen errors on my windows 8.1 system (only because the system is brand new, the drivers updated, and this is the only cause I can think of).
Now, according to sfcfix (see attached log) the file I need replacing is "amd64_prncacla.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.16384";
HOWEVER after downloading the appropriate zip file from dropbox and dragging onto sfcfix.exe, sfcfix.exe does NOT recognize it saying the download is corrupt.
Obviously I re-downloaded from different browsers and tried several times but to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
