I have 2 errors, the one above mentioned in title and a partition harddrive that I did not create and cannot optimize. I will try to be brief.

I found you because of a google search and this thread: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...prncacla-inf-corruptions-windows-8-8-1-a.html

Previously I have ran Tweaknow RegCleaner, Disk Defragmenter, and Clean Up Disk Space.

I installed SpeedyPCPro and uninstalled it immediately after a scan when they wanted money.

I installed Adaware Anti-Virus, scanned, found nothing, yet uninstalled on 12/01/2013 noticing that speed has become an issue with my pc since installing google chrome 1.5 months ago.

Noticed after uninstalling, could not use Windows Update, it kept failing. Also noticed the strange partition harddrive.

Now I have ran through looking at Microsoft Community the SFC error test, found a corrupt file in CBS. Tried a system restore to 11/30/2013 yet I apparently have no system restores before that saved. Had Dell Tech look at this via connect and they say if this update does not fix itself in 2 weeks I should reinstall windows or use Recovery.

Used your solution 1, and it worked immediately, fixed the corrupt files, sfc test came back clean.

Tried to update multiple times today, still have issues, same error code.

Things like this keep happening on webpages:(see page screenshot bottom below, graphical issue just occurs out of nowhere.) The Update that is important it claims is for Windows 8.1 Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000. I have solid stable internet connection, Windows Defender On, and I am sure the Firewall is on as well. First screenshot is the partition harddrive, why is that there? What is volume? What is PBR image, is there a 6 pack in my pc?(j/k) I cannot optimize the Volume partition, do I need it? Can I get rid of it?

(Apparently screenshots cannot be used, editing) - Here is a link to my photobucket account showing a screenshot that shows the partition drive and the error:
