Wifi stopped working with no connections found, Sfc details show the report below, I am also unable to complete a system restore which just hangs. Help appreciated!

From an elevated command prompt, launch: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Wait till it finishes (usually 20-40 minutes), then you can check if SFC will find the same problem or no problems.

Thanks DISM worked and fixed the corupted files, although this did not fix the underlying problem I have regarding internet connections which I thought the files could be causing.
