[SOLVED] Windows 8.1.1 , Windows Update Bug and Winsxs\X86_ file corruption

Trying to fix a corrupted DISM, here my CBS.zip below. I've ran SFC /Scannow it found corrupted files and where fixed, I rebooted clear cbd.txt and dism.txt ran DISM, restore.
I also try to repair the Windows installation but it failed, and restore itself back to previous version been windows 8.1.1.

But I still cannot fixed this below, the folder is in Windows/Winsxs/x86_microsoft-windows-c..ributed-panocapture_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.16507_none_e9d1af1ace44cf53

I just look at my other computer I noticed the folder name is such: x86_microsoft-windows-c..ributed-panocapture_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17031_none_e9d1af1ace44cf53
Edited I do have the about folder I just found it, I was not looking hard enough.

It appear KB2923768 failed.

Right I've repair 2 out of 3 files the only one to go is the below file.

Thanks Richard, I found I need to do a Wiindows clean up which clean up superseded files in Winsxs, took ages to do, then I ran Dism.exe to restore health all OK now.
I had 6 Gb's files in Winsxs now least than 4Gb's files.
