Hello, I am stuck with IE9 as I get the error code 9C59 (Windows update encountered and unknown error) when I try to install IE11 from win update or a manual download. I am running Win 7 x64 Professional SP1. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Hello. Just to keep the ball rolling, I ran sfc /scannow in elevated mode and the current System Update Readiness Tool then tried to re-install IE11. This failed again with the same error code 9C59 from win update and also did not install trying it manually. I have also tried to uninstall IE9 and that fails as well. According to other posts I've reviewed, you need to see the CBS.log and CheckSUR.log. I have attached those to this thread. Thanks!
