Im not really sure where to start with this issue because its so many things that feels very weird and have been weird for a long time.
First of all, everywhere I surf I get prompted as a enterprise/organization/developer user. At first I didnt think about it, but as time went by it just got worse. This includes big problems when I download drivers, my subscriptions on different stuff and overall surfing.
Drivers is a problem because I get redirected to the enterprise drivers no matter what. I manage to take a walkaround to get it for endusers but then the problem is that my system dosent accept it after some time installed.
Subscriptions is the same, but here it is mainly that Im showed as a developer and never from my home country. Even the company delivering power to my house have been sending me bills like I was a organization.
Google and Microsoft accounts is also like this which makes the problem even bigger because they are involed in so much everywhere.
Ive been in contact with so much customer support who cant find any problems with my accounts. Because of the issue with regions and what kind of user Im assumed to be I always end up in a big circle where nobody knows who can help me.
Im sorry, but the whole thing is so weird and hard to explain when it feels like the whole web is working against you. Not humans, but every system.
Ive been googling my ass off but no troubleshooting ive found have worked. I think this might be because the problem isnt 1 solution. I think this started with 1 small thing, and that made another problem and so on over a longer period of time.
So to cut to the case, I really need help with where to start troubleshooting this and what info is needed from me to try help me with this or lead me in the right direction
I can mention the things I have found so far that might seem to make a lot of these issues
Powershell: I have a lot of files from 07 may 2022. Its hard for me to say exactly when this started, but its been a issue in all of 2023, so may 2022 dosent sound so dumb for me. These files is regedits, scripts, winget and a bunch that look like sysfiles. Why I have noticed exactly these folder is because of the date 07 may 2022. Ive had same issue on 2 PCs, one of the PCs with two different motherboards. The exact same date shows up, and the same problems.
Can it be something I activated that gave me some kind of license as a developer? How do I check this further?
Group policy/active directory: It feels like an admin, which would be me without me realizing what Im doing, have made a lot of policies. When Im logged into windows in a normale mode I dont see changes in group policy but in safe mode I see a lot of changes there.
Virtual machine: It seems like I sometimes enter a virtual enviroment and other times dont. I dont have much knowledge about virtual machines so this is more a feeling. That I somehow have managed to change enviroment to a organization/enterprise enviroment. (maybe in PowerShell as I mentioned?)
Managed to somehow make my desktop a server: It feels like Im in some kind of server enviroment. I have been reading a bit about Windows NT and something called multi user. I dont know if "multi user" refers to the same as just different accounts as it was a family PC.
Multiprocessing and Multi-architecture support also sounds a bit familiar the little Ive managed to read about it so far. Thats when I found this forum googling about it.
Liscenses: I have zero knowledge about licenses but I have a lot of them and they seems very different from what a friend of me have on his gaming PC. Ive been googling many of them and its mainly crypty sertificates/SSL or authenticating. Problem when I start googling it is that I just get deeper in the rabbit hole and dont know whats something I should focus on and whats not importent. This results in me just reading a bunch of stuff I dont understand, or know if it is relevante at all
I first noticed this on a windows 10 Pro PC but it followed over to a windows 11 also. But sometimes it looks like different system information software read more then 1 OS which makes me think about multi architecture.
Fixes I have tried I remember at the moment:
I have probably reinstalled windows 30 times the last year. This is also because after a little time everything feels very corrupted in the system, which makes me also think it might have to do with some kind of server enviroment and that the "IT-administrator", which in theory would be me, dosent maintain it.
Sfc, chkdsk, dism
Different PC's, different modems,
All kind of malware troubleshooting
I hope I have managed to give enough info to work with to circle in the issue here. I have a feeling and hope the answer and solution isnt very complicated for someone who knows it.
