I do, but I can't restart that server and might be a bit painful to get. So let me know if you absolutely need it.

Thanks Maxstar, it's a DR HyperV server, I do have an image if I need to restore, but would just reinstall if that was the case. Thank you for all of your hard work.

It doesn't look like process monitor will pick anything up as when the retry button is pressed, the error happens immediately. It's almost like it has to be reset, before trying again.
