I noticed "Baidu Browser" was installed 8 years ago, parts of it are disabled and your default browser seems to be Chrome now.
Step 1:
Uninstall "Baidu Browser".
Restart the machine.
Step 2: ChkDsk Scan
- Click on Start - All programs - Accessories.
- Rightclick on Command-prompt and select Run as administrator.
- When command prompt opens, typ chkdsk into it, then press enter.
- Wait for this to complete.
- Download ListChkdskResult.exe by SleepyDude and save it on your desktop.
- Rightclick ListChkdskResult.exe and select Run as administrator. Notepad will open the file ListChkdskResult.txt on completion. (The file ListChkdskResult.txt can be found on your desktop.)
- Copy and paste its content in your next reply.
Step 3: FRST Scan
- Right-click to run the tool FRST.exe as administrator.
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
- Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
- Press the Scan button.
- Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
- Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.
