FRST Scan
  1. Right-click to run the tool FRST.exe as administrator.
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  2. Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  3. Press the Scan button.
  4. Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  5. Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

5e73b10539364-ESET_OnlineScanner.png
esetonlinescanner.exe.
Double-click on it to start it.
Click Computerscan
In the window "Choose a scantype", click Full Scan.
In the window "Detection of Potentially Unwanted Applicaions", select Enable ESET to detect and quarantaine potentially unwanted applicaions.
Click Start scan
The scanner will update itself first and start afterwards. This might take several hours to complete so please be patient.
Note: Do NOT click on 1 of 5 information fields that appear during the scan. It could start the installation of "ESET Internet Security". You can still abort this.
Do not use the computer for other purposes during the scan.

When the scan is completed, click "Save scan log", enter the filename "Eset.txt" and save in on your desktop.
Note: If infections are found do NOT let the tool remove them. Provide the scan log first.
Click several times on Continue to finish and close the "esetonlinescanner".

Attach the file "Eset.txt" on your desktop to your next reply.

Sounds like a crack but I might be wrong.
Do other programs also work normally now ?

Best not to use cracks, they can cause all kinds of problems like slow performances, security issues or break an OS.
