Edit:
When I try to delete this file manually this happens
Don't do that, things might get worse.

Step 1:
Move the file esetonlinescanner.exe to the folder C:\M2007J20CG\file

Step 2:
Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.
Does the program esetonlinescanner.exe start normally this time ?

You have "Malwarebytes version 5.1.5.116" installed.
Are you able to run that tool ?

It doesn't open but doesn't give me any error, I'll try to reinstall it and see

Great. Provide a scanlog when completed.
To do so, click Reports in Malwarebytes.
Put a checkmark at the latest scanreport, click View report, click Export en select Text File (*.txt).

Enter a filename and save it on your desktop.
Attach this text file to your next reply.

Start malwarebytes again and see if you can see the partly scanreport and export it.

I can't, I'm running this tool, it's taken too long, it's running in Safe mode because it doesn't open in normal boot

This is getting confusing. You are running another tool according to your screenshot.
As I said earlier it is important to follow the given instructions.
Please report the result of the tool that runs now.
