It's probably time for another system image.
Yes. please.

When done, provide a screenshot of the available important updates again.

New system image is complete. Screenshot of important updates is attached. It's interesting that KB4535102 is still on the list. It was not on the list immediately after the restart but has appeared since. It's also a different file size. Previously it was 59.1Mb and now it's 35.9Mb.

Installed KB4535102 and it finished successfully. I restarted and it's not in the important updates list. Has me wondering if I should re-do the system image tonight.

I just noticed before shutting down last night that KB4535102 is back on the important updates list with the 35.9Mb file size. Thought I'd better check in since I've used the Windows installer twice now where it said successful but then it reappeared on the list. I've not done the image yet since this is unresolved.

Attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log

KB4535102 is a combination of several updates which explains the size difference. Leave this update for now.

Create a new system image.
After that try to install KB4534310 only and report the result.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

New system image created, then I ran Windows Update to install KB4534310 and upon restart it went into system repair and eventually restarted OK. Looking at the important updates, KB4534310 is not in the list. KB4535102 is still on the list with the 35.9Mb file.

Try to install KB4535102 once again and report the result.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
