I thought for now I am already doing clean startup with no 3rd party service being turn on?(with AMD Crash Defender driver disabled too)
If so we can just try the new touchpad driver right?
Sending for repair is useless if you want the problem to be solved...it is just to exchange or request for refund(which is what I will do after this if the issue isnt solved)
