Hello,

since over a month I've got problems with my Windows 11 Pro 23H2 SystemBuild 22631.4460. I am not able to install any Windows Updates and SFC and DISM doesn't work anymore.

When I try to send SFC /SCANNOW I get the error: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service
When I try to send DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth the process is starting and at about 84,9% I get the error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found.
I've also tried to install Windows 11 24H2 via Windows update or tried to manually download and install it, but I get the error 0x800700c1.

It seems like there is something mainly corrupt because SFC and DISM do not work properly.

You can download all logfiles from here: Logs.zip

Thanks to everyone who can help me!

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Thanks dude, but I'm still getting the same errors.
