So here I'm back again. Because the last thread was mark as "Solved" as i think this problem has DONE (never got BSOD again in more than 1 week), But this week i got 6 BSOD in a row when playing all games that i have. Now i provide the Video when the problem happen for better understand about my problem. I will just copy paste my Q&A from previous thread as my system and problem is still the same one

Link to the Video of this problem and other Support files for this case: Google Drive - NVIDIA

Q: A brief description of your problem (but you can also include the steps you tried)
A: When I'm playing a games, my main monitor (Xiaomi G34WQi) and main laptop monitor is flashing and turn into blank screen, then the laptop monitor is turn back on and pop up of "Unsupported Graphics Card" or something is popped up.
I've encountered this issue last year and still consist until now, sometimes the issue doesn't happen, but sometimes it happens. If the Unsupported graphics card is popped up, when i try to the device manager and click "Scan for Hardware Changes" it immediately trigger BSOD with error code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.

I've tried everything i found on the internet to fix this issue like uninstall with DDU, underclock the GPU, installing the newest and even oldest graphics version before this problem occur, it doesn't change anything, the problem still occur and it's annoying. My games is very likely a light game. The game is All HoYoVerse Games except Tears of Themis, Wuthering Waves, Girls Frontline 2: Exilium, Back 4 Blood. I've never play any AAA games, my graphics settings on the game is also medium to low and i play on 1920x1080 windowed mode even my display is 2K.

I've also tried to ask the NVIDIA Driver Support the support said
"
I looked at the mini-dmp file you shared. The dmp file shows error:

0x113_19_nvlddmkm!unknown_function

This error code means the notebook tried to send a device removal request on a GPU that doesn’t support surprise removal.
"

after the support replied, i replied about the solution but never got any reply after that.

Okay, I've removed the Intel(R) Computing Improvement Program that has something to do with QUEENCREEK. I'll try playing the game and see if there's any error and BSOD's like in the Video

You are using nvidia "Driver Version: 32.0.15.5599", i.e. nvidia (game ready or studio) driver 555.99, Release Date: Tue Jun 04, 2024.
I'm not sure where you got it...
The version provided by acer is 30.0.15.1274, but you don't want to use this version (it seems).
Try the latest ones:
- GeForce Game Ready Driver 572.16: GeForce Driver Results | NVIDIA
- NVIDIA Studio Driver 572.16: GeForce Driver Results | NVIDIA

I got the NVIDIA Driver 555.99 from Official NVIDIA Driver Download, I'm using that version because that is the version before this problem happen.

I also remembering something just now, when i goes to the repair store to regular maintenance around July 2024, the store clerk was said my laptop can have upgraded video BIOS for my GPU. So my GPU performance would go up and i said yes to it, so my vBIOS for the GPU was updated to new version or something like that.

The reason i didn't use the Driver version from acer is i have some project using GPU and Docker, when i try using the Acer version. The docker said my GPU Driver was outdated. Also when i trying using the Acer version (it was before i asking again), it was same give Error and BSOD. Updating to the latest driver version also give the same error and BSOD. It's like hardware problem but i don't know what issue causing it because as you can see in the Video i provided my temperature and etc is normal (below 85 Degree Celcius when the max is 87 degree).

Did you try the latest version (30 january)?
i have to try it for the very latest GPU driver, the last one i try was before the 30 january version. Let me try upgrade it first and give the update to you. Also i got error and BSOD again when playing a game. Here is the SysnativeFileCollection

Try both (First the game ready driver, later the studio driver).
Okay rn i'm using the latest version of game ready driver, if the BSOD occurs again I'm trying the studio one. But what if all two give BSOD? so it is my hardware then?

i just got the error when playing a game
What game? Or is it all games?

Also, try utilizing DDU to completely uninstall the Nvidia driver.

Use NVCleaninstall to install the newest Nvidia driver. Choose the driver only, no GeForce Experience or telemetry.

It's all games that i play. It only occurs when i playing a game, but when I'm not playing any game, this problem never occurs.
I'm always using DDU in safe mode when install and uninstalling the graphics drivers. For installing the graphics driver after uninstalling it with DDU, i got the driver from official NVIDIA site. And when installing, i choose the "Graphics Driver only" option not the "Graphics Driver and NVIDIA App" option.

Just got the error and BSOD like in the Video again when using the latest version of Studio Driver. Here is the SysnativeFileCollection.
I'm tired of this problem to be honest lmao, this is really annoying.

On some laptops, where it's common to find the iGPU and dGPU cooperating in displaying anything, the graphics drivers (both) are often customised, for power-saving or operability reasons. The generic drivers from Intel/AMD/Nvidia typically do not contain these customisations. Often that doesn't make much of a difference, except perhaps for lower battery life and/or some graphics switching features not working as expected, but sometimes these generic drivers can cause crashes and even BSODs.

In situations like this I always recommend uninstalling both graphics drivers and installing the graphics drivers from the laptop vendor's website. If it's stable with those drivers than the issues you're seeing are most likely due to the generic drivers not containing the necessary customisations.

Try both (First the game ready driver, later the studio driver).
Thanks to all staff, administrators, and moderators who have helped me.

I have chatted with a technician for early diagnosis and make a schedule to check my laptop. The technician said my GPU is in a weak condition(?) because when they saw my video, they said
"It seems like your GPU is in weak condition, because from what I see, the GPU seems to be disconnected from the motherboard when running intensive tasks that depend on the GPU such as gaming, mining, etc., the disconnection is what causes the BSOD. But for light tasks such as office, coding, or others, everything is fine".

I think i got bad batch of laptop because I'm always maintain my laptop regularly, and that was sucks because it happens when the warranty has been expire not long ago at 30 December 2024.

The technician also said that maybe you can re-install windows first to see if the problem has gone and the re-install is done today by myself and the problem is still persist, so i think it the culprit is my GPU. The conclusion to this issue is either i bought a new laptop or just stick to this laptop but can't play a games that use to much GPU utilization.

I think they mean that the dGPU is faulty. Light tasks will use the iGPU, games etc. require the dGPU - and that seems to be faulty they're saying. Either that, or you're using incompatible generic graphics drivers, as mentioned above.

Given what you've been told I urge you to use DDU to uninstall the two graphcis drivers and install those from the vendor's website. See whether they are stable. It will save you a lot of time and trouble sending it back.

I have tried the NVIDIA one using the version that come from the acer support as my vendor before i make this new thread and the issue is still persist, but for intel i think the version is same like in the vendor?, because everytime intel Arc Graphics Software make an update to my intel driver, it always got revert back by windows update

OK, in that case it most likely is a faulty dGPU because it absolutely should work with the vender supplied drivers.

I dont know why but my previous answer was deleted, i had the exact same problem as you with a gtx 4050 and tired everything, the thing that worked for me and no BSOD until now even when using pc at full potentiel was removing the battery and put it back to reset the BIOS memory.
