I dont know why but my previous answer was deleted, i had the exact same problem as you with a gtx 4050 and tired everything, the thing that worked for me and no BSOD until now even when using pc at full potentiel was removing the battery and put it back to reset the BIOS memory.

That would tend to suggest that therte was some sort of incompatible BIOS setting. Had you changed any BIOS settings at all? It is worth a try for @gshadowz however.
