0xc0000005 error

You mean that you let the computer had its updates I guess.

In that case, the computer is not clean yet. If you want me to check it, let me know.

Sure.

If you want me to check the computer, please follow these steps:

1. Test the OS

This will tell us that the computer now is out of the Volume license and activated with the new retail one.
  • Press Windows icon on your Desktop, together with the letter R.
  • Type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command and press Enter:
Code:
slmgr /dli
  • After running the command, you will get a report. Please take a screenshot of what you got and attach it in your next reply. Here is an article where you can see how do you take a screenshot with the snipping tool, in case you need it.

2. Remove pirated/cracked programs

As I told you before, having such programs is the best and easiest way to install malware in your computer. Please remove any cracked/pirated program you have installed (e.g. Wondershare, Adobe, Nitro, Office Enterprise), as well as any keygen used to illegally activate certain programs. Also, remove any method used to bypass activation for certain programs (e.g. manipulate the hosts file).

3. Fresh FRST logs

Please give me fresh FRST logs to see. Before, make sure that you moved FRST tool from your Downloads on your Desktop.
  • Double-click on the FRST icon to run it, as you did before. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button and wait for a while.
  • The scanner will produced two logs on your Desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
  • Please attach the content of these two logs in your next reply.

In your next reply please post:
  1. The screenshot after the slmgr command
  2. The fresh FRST logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt

Do we have any progress on this?
