  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.

I rebooted and tried another install of updates, which failed with the same error. I did notice that the download went instantly (It should have at least taken 30 seconds or so to DL 200MB) Then for each of the remaining two updates, the install quickly shot to 50%, stayed there for a little bit, then went to 100%, stayed there for a little bit, then errored out.

I'd love to know what you're looking for in these logs, but I haven't been able to so much as open the large txt files in windows. I'm afraid if I can't get this working within the next 7 days I may end up having to just wipe this machine and reload, but I'm still hoping for some magic!

Sorry for the long delay. Ran this latest fix, and it seemed to behave a little different during the install. It actually downloaded files and took a little time during the install, but still failed.
