Please retry SFCFix.zip but try recording your screen simultaneously. I've never had this happen.
SURT can take a long time sometimes, and that is normal.

i drag the zip onto the exe, as i have said, then i run it as admin,



i get this, it does nothing other than have a the cursor in the box blinking, no .txt file is created...

No, just drag the file, and release it. You needn't run it.

what do you mean?
i drag the zip file onto the exe file and it starts up automatically.
My mistake though, i dont run it as admin, It asks me if the program can make changes to the computer and i click yes.
then it opens the black box.

• Download FRST64 and save it to the Desktop.
• Execute FRST64 right click on the icon
  
  and choose Run as Administrator. Make sure all other windows are closed.
  
  
• On the Search box Copy & Paste the following text:

SFCFix.exe;SFCFix.zip

• Press the Search Files button.
• Wait for the search to finish FRST will produce a log called (Search.txt) in the same directory the Tool is run from.
• Please copy and paste the log to your post.

Download RunFix.zip and save it to the Desktop
- Extract the zip to the Desktop
- Right click the file and select Run As Administrator
- Two command prompt windows will open, one is from SFCFix please follow the instructions presented
- When the script ends, it will open the sfcfix.txt log, copy & paste the result to your post
- Make sure both SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip are located on the Desktop.

As I've told you it is better to assist via the thread. Now that your SURT errors have been fixed, try installing updates and attach CBS.log if any fail.
