What do you think bro whats going on ?it only happen when i play games(JUST FOR TESTING)during game play nothing hang it hang after exiting game even on boot screen!!It may be overheating, usually there will be a thermal sensor and then some protection mechanism, which causes the CPU to stop and cause the computer to turn itself off for safety reasons. I would suggest opening the case and then checking inside for dust accumulation.
Ok .the first time it happen was 10t april.whenever i run a game for a long time then this thing happen if it did not happen after exiting game, then pc must hang on next boot it goes hang on boot screen and if it does'nt then after log on.And by saying hang means hardware stopped functioning .As i am noticing holding CPU POWER BUTTON to switch it off does not work even restart button. only processor fan and psu works and my Ethernet ports blink, but when i replug my mouse or keyboard usb in cpu port then it starts blinking(mouse light) but does not function .And i only saw a BSOD error 2 days earlier while running a game 'a clock interrupt was not recieved on secondary processor' then i never saw it again only hanging problem is happening! As I said, I don't have any definitive answers because I haven't actually seen crash dumps. Can you please describe what happens, as in-depth as you possibly can?

Patrick
Okay, thanks.
1. How are your temperatures since reapplying the thermal paste?
2. Update the BIOS if available.
3. Before and after updating the BIOS, clear the CMOS. Don't overclock, adjust any settings, etc.
4. If the above fails, you have a faulty CPU/motherboard given the provided information. I cannot tell you which one, but if there's warranty/replacement available for both, I would replace both.

Patrick
Either works just fine, however my preferred method is to power down the system, unplug the power cord to the PSU, switch the motherboard jumper for 10 seconds, switch back, plug power cord back in, boot up.

I have requested for motherboard replacement but when i will replace my board then i have to open processor now please tell me do i need to reapply thermal paste by doing those steps again? :confused2:Looks just fine for idle, just as long as that number stays in a safe range during load (not really going higher than 80 ~ not touching 90c).

Patrick
