Great that Windows is back to normal mode.

Please perform a scan with following program to check up.
  • Download
    5e73b10539364-ESET_OnlineScanner.png
    esetonlinescanner.exe.
  • Double-click on it to start it.
  • Click Computerscan
  • In the window "Choose a scantype", click Full Scan.
  • In the window "Detection of Potentially Unwanted Applicaions", select Enable ESET to detect and quarantaine potentially unwanted applicaions.
  • Click Start scan
  • The scanner will update itself first and start afterwards. This might take several hours to complete so please be patient.
  • Note: Do NOT click on 1 of 5 information fields that appear during the scan. It could start the installation of "ESET Internet Security". You can still abort the installation.
  • Do not use the computer for other purposes during the scan.

  • When the scan is completed, click "Save scan log", enter the filename "Eset.txt" and save in on your desktop.
  • Click several times on Continue to finish and close the "esetonlinescanner".

  • Attach the file "Eset.txt" on your desktop to your next reply.

So Avira antivirus itself had a OEI trojan lol, and a QHost trojan still remains in system32 drivers and access denied hmm

Possibly because you downloaded Avira from www.4download.net and not the Avira website. If you don't download from the original maker the installer may get bundled with extra software.
The QHost points to the hosts file which is altered by either yourself or a (keygen) program.

Do you have any suggestion what i must do with the trojans due to it wasnt removed by the eset antivirus? and what do you think is the best antivirus internet sequrity for homeusers, and i will remove the things from 4downloadnet is not worth it

The only 'trojan' thing that needs attention is the hosts file.

Open an elevated commandprompt.
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter afterwards.

Code:
type C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts > %userprofile%\desktop\hosts.txt
When completed the file hosts.txt will be on your desktop.
Attach that file to your next reply.

what do you think is the best antivirus internet sequrity for homeusers
Hard to tell. The best antivirus program varies every month and may also depends on the machine you use.
As you are running Windows 8.1 you might consider an upgrade to Windows 10 first.
With Windows 10 you can keep the default Windows Defender as your antivirus program.
If you like to keep Windows 8.1, keep Avira also and use the free version of Malwarebytes to perform a manually scan ones a week.
The Eset onlinescanner which you have now can also be used to do a manual scan.

Result was " cant find that file" i installed eset smart sequrity premium 1 month free,
it removed something heres d loggfile
