I guess so. Would that mean installing it from scratch or an in-place upgrade? WU is still failing with Error code: (0x80073712).

I actually tried doing in in-place downgrade using 1703 which failed.

sfc /scannow is now failing at 25%.

That would mean upgrading, so everything would be kept intect, you'd just have the new system version.
