Hi,

Please run Windows Update and let me know the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log to your next reply.

Open an elevated command prompt.
Copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.
Code:
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
This command will create cbs.txt on your Desktop. Zip this file and attach the zipped cbs.txt to your next post.

It appears that all my updates have been downloaded and installed properly! Thank you so much for the help! I've dropped a coin in the cup for you guys :)

Hi,

Thanks for the donation, and glad to hear the problem has been resolved. (y)

Follow the instructions below to remove
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
FRST and all the log files.
  • Rename the file FRST64.exe to uninstall.exe and run it as Administrator.
  • This will remove all files and folders created by FRST and the tool itself.
  • To complete this the system must be restart.

SFCFix.exe and the ZIP-files can be removed manually.
