sorry my bro , but what can i do to install Win 8 without this problem ??
as when i installed it , the problem appeared again !!

DOH! I think the intent was that you stay with windows 7! Your hardware doesn't appear to support windows 8 at this time.

but i installed win 7 again and the problem still !

If it's doing it on a factory restore then I would have to thing the video section of the motherboard is failing.

can i replace the VGA card ??
or can i perform a maintenance to it at any maintenance center ??

The VGA is a chip on the motherboard not a separate card so the motherboard would need to be replaced.
Did you do a factory restore or install Win 7 off a disk you picked up somewhere?

You could disable the onboard VGA in bios and install an add-on card....you could get way better video performance this way...do you game?

opps, sorry, forgot it was a laptop...I am watching so many threads I get them confused. In a laptop you have no options if your video card is toast...it becomes a doorstop

I thought Win7 was working ok? Is that not the case?

it was working ok but after i tried to installing win 8 and the problem appeared , i installed win 7 and it appeared again :/

how can i do factory restore ??

There should be a restore partition on the hard drive unless you formatted the complete drive on one of the Win 8 installs.
