[SOLVED] BSOD 0x124 need help

Hello everybody,
I think We are on the right way about this problem.Yesterday I took the exact same laptop, put it's cpu in mine and there was no problem. I used same programs, installed updates, drivers, .net framework... These things triggered bsod before, with old cpu.I also put my cpu and hdd in second laptop, tried to trigger bsod in a way it was happening before; I started with installing chipset and heci drivers, after that drivers for gpu (which is ati radeon 5150) and Windows bsod-ed after installing gpu drivers (as it was happening before). I finished with this, didn't test it more.
I'll send it to Local Toshiba Service.

Video drivers and network (wired) drivers date from 2009 (in the last memory dump).
I'd suggest updating them to more current, Win7 compatible versions.

While video driver updates for laptops are difficult, it's often one of the most important things to do with any system.

Good luck!

Thanks for Your advice.
These dumps are from fresh Windows installation (without any drivers or software installed). In a past, this bsod was happening in booth scenarios; with installed drivers and software's and without it. In last month it was happening very frequently, as I wrote, even in a Safe Mode. For example, I installed Windows 7, began chipset installation and heci, and after that gpu driver and Windows bsod-ed. I booted into a Safe Mode, started Driver Sweeper and Windows bsod-ed again with same 0x124 error. I had a hard time collecting bsod info with jegriff2 BSOD File Collection application because bsod 124 strikes and doesn't allow application to complete. I don't remember in which attempt I succeded. As I wrote, I cannot install required.net framework 4 for Win dbg; Windows was crashing during .net framework installation.
I'am waiting for a laptop to be returned from Local Toshiba service with new cpu and I hope this will be it.
Regards

Helo guys,
Sorry for delay in my response. Laptop was returned from local Toshiba service with new CPU and I installed OS without any problem and, until now, no more BSOD strikes. Thanks for all of yours help regarding this very hard and rare problem.
Regards...

Let's wait a while to see if everything is all good, then we can mark this here as solved. Thanks for the update, and hope your laptop runs well!
