BSOD: driver_iqrl_not_less_or_equal while watching streams or playing video games

Indeed, 364 errors to be exact. With this said, the next step is replacing your RAM.

Yes, and that's to remove all but one and run one at a time until you find the culprit.

Right, it's not usually advised to mix two different kits even if they are of the same brand.

Alright, i tested all the ram sticks but i still crashed, could they all be bad or could it be a different issue. Here are the 2 minidumps that happened during the testing

By testing I meant run them all through Memtest 1 at a time like you were when they were all installed. Run 1 stick for ~8 passes, if no errors, move to the next... etc. Ensure you're testing other slots as well as the DIMM slot(s) could be faulty if you're consistently putting all the sticks into the same slot.

Alright, over night i tested one of my 8g sticks, everything passed. 30 Mins into watching a stream is froze and i had to hard reset. Now what could be the problem?

Quick point from me whilst I spot it...

Sorry to be a pain... but, I think you're running the wrong version of memtest86. From the screenshot you gave:

You are using Memtest86 4.3.6

The better, more accurate version, Memtest86+5.01 is highly recommended. The original Memtest86 is know to have issues with modern RAM/processors, and is not in active developement. Hence why I, and others, recommend Memtest86+.

To download and burn Memtest86+ to a memory stick or CD:

Option 1 – Using a USB Memory Stick (Recommended)

  1. Download the latest version of the Auto-installer for USB Key (Win 9x/2k/xp/7) from the official Memtest86+ website - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
  2. Insert a blank USB memory stick into your computer. It doesn’t matter what size the stick is because the memtest86+ file is only 180Kb big. I have installed it on a 128MB USB stick with no issues.
  3. Extract the .exe file from the zip archive you just downloaded to your desktop and double click it.
  4. This will launch the USB installer. Check the option to format the drive to reduce the risk of any install issues. Note: this will erase all data on the USB drive.
  5. Once the installer finishes, the drive is ready.

Option 2 – Using a CD

  1. Download the latest version of the Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip) from the official Memtest86+ website - Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
  2. Extract the .iso file from the zip archive to your desktop.
  3. Right click this file and choose Open With -> Windows Disk Burner
  4. Insert a blank CD into your disk drive, ensure the correct disk burner is selected in the dialogue box and press burn.

Alright, i didn't realize. Ill run some tests soon

How many passes? Memtest displays the passes complete in the information at the top.

Memtest needs to be run for at least 8 passes for an accurate reading. This can take ~12 hours, so run it overnight

10 Passes, It was so fast because i only tested 1 stick. But it still crashed even though it said it had 0 Errors

1. What happens when you test all of the sticks installed?

2. Please upload the dump files so we can see what's going on.

Regards,

Patrick

Ive tested all of them except one of the 4g sticks with 10 passes, all passed 100%. But ive noticed that i last longer or don't crash at all when i use a different slot. Could it be a Motherboard issue?

There are the 4 crashes that happened today
