Hi Oliver,
That's excellent, the permissions and ownership are now fully sorted. We have cleared out all of the SFC errors now but one still remains in the CheckSUR log which could prove a little harder to solve.
Would you mind explaining what you meant by this please:

Can you run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again please? Post the log when it finishes:

Sorry for the confusion. One of the logs you provided us with is a CheckSUR log which is created when the System Update Readiness Tool is run so I assumed you had run it.

Double click on the file to run it then when it finishes, upload the log please:
