BSOD, no stop code, no dump, no errors in event viewer. Need help.

That's weird.

Are you really sure you are not mistaken with the files from someone else ?
I just looked into the Sysnative Files and couldn't find any mention of "HP ENVY Notebook".
The same way I couldn't find any mention of the dumpfiles you were asking for last time.

My SystemInfo.txt is in french and list my system as

Well I've been able to play for several hours with the medium settings until a different kind of crash happened.

This time, the game froze while I was lauching a new match (50% of the time, it crashes when it found a new match) and I got an "ethernet cable not plugged in" error from ubisoft.
Game was unresponsive so I Alt+F4'd it.

Desktop background was gray and the taskbar disappeared.
Explorer not working. Ctrl+Alt+Del not working, Windows key not working either.
Alt+Tab was still working.
I had a zip file still opened in winrar so I tried to browse to the download folder which contains the opened file but it froze.
What's funny is my web browser was still playing a live on youtube and appears to be responsive. Everything else was just frozen.

I'm not sure if it was going to BSOD or not so I just restarted.

I just went to the event viewer and I still got no event records for around 15 minutes before it froze.
I have no record between 7:37:39 pm and 8:03:44 pm when I restarted.
The only error I got is at 8:30 pm : Unexpected shutdown at 7:34:42 pm.

I remember having a similar issue a few months ago on my main Windows install where every app were crashing one by one and I ended up having a lot of werfault.exe errors.
No records of anything in the event viewer...
 
I took a look at the voltages I recorded yesterday morning (corresponding to the 2 BSODs).
Are those voltages OK for a 1200W Platinum PSU ? I think the load was around 450/550 W.

12V : min 11,65 / max 11,95
5V : min 4,68 / max 4,88
3V : min 2,88 / max 3,12

The Windows memory diagnostics has in the past failed to detect errors more times than I can recall whereas tools like MemTest86 or MemTest86+ have been much more successful.

I'm not someone that can properly assist when it comes to hardware, but from what I recall those values should be in the range of 5% to be acceptable. It does look like the min values for the 5v and 3.3v are too low, but maybe @Wrench97 or @Digerati can give some input here as I'm not confident here with the given charts.
 
Well, I feel really stupid right now.

I tried to remove my UPS and plug my computer directly into the wall => BSOD. I let the computer on for an hour and it didn't create any dump.

Then I removed my fancy PSU extension cables, the riser cable for the GPU => no BSOD and I've been able to play at full resolution/ultra/144Hz for more than 1 or 2 games... My voltages look way better so the PSU extension cables might be the issue... if they're not, they're still pretty bad so I'm not going to put them back.

Finger crossed.

Then I'll probably try to run memtest86 then, just to be sure the RAM sticks are fine.
 
Yes the 5v is dropping below where it should be especially for a 1200w supply, this may not be the only issue but it is a issue.
Is there warranty left on the PSU?

Yes, it still under warranty until 2029.
 
Have you ever seen it hit 5v?
It's the swing high to low that causes issues a steady 4.9v would not bother me as much.
Run it keep an eye on it along with the temps(CPU, Chipset, Video card)

To be honest, I never looked at the voltages until now... But I think it's looking really good compared to how it was with the extension cables... I feel so stupid...

OK I see what you mean. I looked online for some tests of this particular PSU, and the 5V seems a little low compared to the tests results.

What's bothering me more is that the 5V is almost steady for the first hour and a half, then it's oscillating a lot more... Like it's getting harder to keep it steady over long periods of time.

The PSU is soon to be 3 years old and never ran more than 600W. Do you think I should / it's enough to ask for an RMA?

Anyway, I'll keep monitoring voltages and temps and will see how it goes from here.
