BSOD on my new System

I had see this in a video, that i must be enable this to use the full 3000MHz from my RAM.

While your processor may support 3000 MHz, it is not guaranteed by Intel:

Memory Types : DDR4-1866/2133, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V

Sometimes. When i play Farming simulator 15 ist all right at the moment. When i want to Play The Witcher 3, the Game loaded and after the loading sequence, the System freece complete.Sometimes BSOD (Without a Dmp Log) and Sometimes it freece. When it freece, i must reset the system with the reset Button. The system freezes at exactly this point where the BSOD was before.
