BSOD on windows 10

I've been trying to reset this pc, but everytime I do I keep getting BSOD on halfway of the process..sometimes with stop code Wdfilter.sys, sometimes with stop code system exception etc..

Wdfilter.sys is a file system driver, which again, suggests that the issue is likely to do with your SSD.

Could you please check if there is any dump files again? I would be doubtful, but it would be worthwhile checking. Does the SSD have any warranty? When I checked the the product support page, it said that there was 5 year's warranty provided?

Have you tried moving the SSD to a different PCIe slot on your motherboard if possible?

I excatly got the same problems. It's like a time warp.
The last change to the system is from 21.08.2019, all changes after that will be canceled when restarting. It seems as if there is an image (shadow copy?) Of the SSD from 21.08.2019, which is loaded at reboot.
