If choose your country of residence from their support page, it will take you to the appropriate ASUS website, the contact details are usually at the bottom of the page.

Support - ASUS - computer, laptop, tablet, pad, android phone, vga, mb, lcd monitor, notebook
They reached me up with this:
Thank you very much for contacting us, I should mention that we are a support in Spanish, I comment on the following. Your computer was designed only for Windows 10 or some other operating system to a future unfortunately you could not install Windows 7 ultímate, since you do not have a 100% performance on your computer and likewise there are no drivers. You could install it but the correct functioning of your equipment is not guaranteed.

Did you mention the issues that you were having? If you have warranty on the laptop, then I would suggest using it and get a replacement from ASUS.

If the ASUS don't support Windows 7 for that particular machine, then I would suggest not trying to install Windows 7.
