Hi Guys,

I have been suggested to start new thread here from (Hi Guys!! Blue Screen of death appeared. SMS)
Windows 81 Single Language 64 Bit Laptop

Looks like there is a few corrupt files which need to be replaced, I would suggest that you start a new thread in the Windows Update section using these posting instructions - Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions

I have followed, the given steps but nothing's fixed the problem so far.

While booting normally, got notification: display driver has stopped working and recovered
after crash, in BSOD: Thread Stuck in Device Driver, System Service Exception.

This is the CBS Logs folder:-
CBS.zip

Looking forward to your support.

Download
51ab99ff51ec9-CrystalDiskInfo.png
CrystalDiskInfo.zip and save it on your desktop.
Extract the .zip file into a new folder.
In this new folder, run the tool DiskInfo.
When the tool is finished, it will show some information about the hard disc.
Note: Resize the window so that all information is visible.
Take a screenshot. Read this on how to take a screenshot.
Upload the image file to a file-sharing site and post the download link.

The following might take several hours to complete. You can do it overnight if you like.

Right-click Start then click Command-prompt (Run as administrator).
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter afterwards.

Code:
chkdsk c: /f /r
At the question "Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)", press Y.
Restart the system.

Do not press any key during the restart. This will allow CHKDSK to start.
Wait for this to complete. Please note that this may take several hours. Let it run even if it looks like the process has stopped!
On completion, the system will restart automatically.

had to uninstall my graphic drivers, system would blackout during restart.
While running CHKDSK, was stuck at 18% for a few hours, then system restarted automatically
What next?

Some extra info:-
When Graphic Drivers installed,
BSOD: Thread Stuck in Device Driver, System Service Exception and random Blackouts followed by reboot or when using flash applications, GPU tasks, Windows Photo Viewer

Getting following in BlueScreenView:-
atikmpag.sys
dxgkrnl.sys
watchdog.sys
dxgmms1.sys
ntoskrnl.exe

Thanks for the support :)
