BSODs and freezing - Windows 7 x64

Dang Jared, you have got a system worse than my HP desktop :P

Note that, I was also having similar issues with it although slightly less, dad finally replaced the motherboard after loads of troubleshooting and it fixed the problem. But soon for like 1 month later, the problems started appearing again, did a Memtest and 200 errors in 10 seconds of the start:grin1:.

Doesn't your Motherboard have any BIOS Updates to it or you are on the latest version?

Like Patrick said, it sure looks like a Motherboard problem, but can I suggest you to check just one thing till you have this motherboard?

Can you reduce the clock speeds of both the RAM and CPU? Start with a 100MHz decrement and check.
 
I could lower the speeds.
It's very inconsistent and could take over a month to happen.

I've ran memtest and SeaTools etc.

My PSU is an el cheapo so I might replace that as well.

Don't worry, reduce the speeds and then use it like you do ^_^.
