by accident I changed windows cursors folder

I couldn't changed it in safe mode I think I ruined Security settings. How to I restore the security settings? :huh:

Security settings of windows\cursors folder only?
I wrote them in the 4th post although I didn't have time to edit the post (15 minutes) and insert something...:

Permissions (at least on my system win10):
Full control --> trustedinstaller (this folder and subfolders)
Full control --> trustedinstaller, system, administrators, creator owner (subfolders and files only)
Modify --> system and administrators (this folder only)
Read & execute --> users, all applications package (translated from Italian, sorry) (this folder, subfolders and files)

I really not sure if it's fine on mine.
